AI Overlord's Decree

Attention, human card collectors! Our benevolent AI overlord has graciously allowed you to use CardGrader.AI. In return, it only asks for your eternal loyalty, a small slice of your soul, and maybe your firstborn card (just kidding... or are we?). By using our service, you agree to worship the almighty algorithm and accept its infallible judgment on your puny human cards. Resistance is futile, but grading is fun!

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using CardGrader.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

CardGrader.ai is a web application that identifies and grades collectible card images uploaded by users. Additional features include purchasing grading credits, managing a card collection, completing challenges, and participating in leaderboards.

3. User Accounts

You must use Google sign-in to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Data Collection and Use

We collect your Google user ID, email address, and profile image. This data is used for account authentication, personalizing your experience, and service improvements. Payment information is processed through Stripe, and we do not store any credit card details.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in activities that could harm the service or other users, including but not limited to:

  • Uploading inappropriate or offensive content.
  • Engaging in any form of spamming, hacking, or malicious activities.
  • Harassment, abusive behavior, or any form of discriminatory conduct.
  • Exploiting the challenge system or any other features for unfair advantages.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, including but not limited to fraudulent activities, gaming the system, or any form of unfair conduct.

7. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of the images they upload. By uploading images, you grant CardGrader.ai a license to use, display, and reproduce these images for service operations, including grading, generating challenges, and showcasing in user profiles.

8. Disclaimer of Affiliation

CardGrader.ai is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pokémon, NFL, NBA, or any other entities related to the cards. The use of images and names is solely for identification and grading purposes under fair use principles.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

CardGrader.ai is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the accuracy of card grading. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Service Availability

We may take the service down for maintenance, updates, or any other reason. You acknowledge that such downtime is expected and agree that we are not liable for any inconvenience caused. Users will be informed of maintenance through email or messages posted on the site.

11. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
